THE TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
- 7:30 – Wake-up call
- 8:00 – Breakfast
- 9:15 – Transport to club
- 9:30 – Physical training
- 10:30 – Tennis
- 12:30 – Showers and transport to residence
- 13:00 – Lunch
- 13:30 – Rest
- 15:15 – Transport back to the club
- 15:30 – Tennis
- 17:30 – Stretching
- And after, they go back to residence to rest, or we can put a lenguage class (it has to be asked), etc.
- 21:00 – Dinner
- 22:30 – Sleep
