THE TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

  • 7:30 – Wake-up call
  • 8:00 – Breakfast
  • 9:15 – Transport to club
  • 9:30 –  Physical training
  • 10:30 – Tennis
  • 12:30 – Showers and transport to residence
  • 13:00 – Lunch
  • 13:30 – Rest
  • 15:15 – Transport back to the club
  • 15:30 – Tennis
  • 17:30 – Stretching
  • And after, they go back to residence to rest, or we can put a lenguage class (it has to be asked), etc.
  • 21:00 – Dinner
  • 22:30 – Sleep
